When will I be billed?

You’ll be billed for your first month with your initial purchase. Starting with your second month, you’ll fall on our regular billing and shipping cycles. You will be billed the same day every month, according to your initial purchase.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Monthly subscriptions can be amended or cancelled at any time online. Log in with your email and order number, and you will be able to view your current subscription order, change your subscription frequency or cancel your subscription. Click here to manage your order.

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To place an order select the product(s) you would like to purchase and click "rush my order"on the product page. Once you click that option you will be redirected to the checkout page. Once there, enter all information,including email, shippind address, shipping method, payment, and billing address. after all information is complete, by clicking"Complete Order" your order will be placed, and you will receive an order confermation shortly.

 

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN ORDER COMFIRMATION EMAIL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

It is possible that the email entered was spelled incorrectly, or the order did not go through. Please contact us at contact@cel.md or 1-505-652-4836.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY BILLING INFORMATION?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP?

We will endeavor to get your order sent to you as soon as possible and we process them in our systems within 12 hours of receiving the orders from you! However, we have found that some delivery times can be slightly longer than expected! If your package is arriving late, please be patient! It will be worth the wait.

 

HOW DO I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Once an order is shipped the shipping address cannot be changed. You may contact us at contact@cel.md to update your address for any future shipments or if your order has not been shipped yet.

 

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

For every order placed we send out a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If you have not received this email within 3 days of placing an order please contact us at contact@cel.md.

 

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER, MY ORDER IS MISSING ITEMS, OR MY SHIPMENT IS LATE?

Please contact us at contact@cel.md or 1-505-652-4836 with your order confirmation number letting us know that your order has not arrived. We will work together with you to correct any problems.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

We will issue your refund to your original form of payment used toward the order. We issue refunds immediately once we receive the refund request but usually takes 2-5 days for banks to return payments to your account. Under special circumstances, this wait time can be longer than expected. If your refund does not return to your account after a week of being requested, please contact us at contact@stemcellmdtech.com
