We will endeavor to get your order sent to you as soon as possible and we process them in our systems within 12 hours of receiving the orders from you! However, we have found that some delivery times can be slightly longer than expected! If your package is arriving late, please be patient! It will be worth the wait.
How do I update my shipping address?
Once an order is shipped the shipping address cannot be changed. You may contact us at email@example.com to update your address for any future shipments or if your order has not been shipped yet.
Will I receive a tracking number?
For every order placed we send out a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If you have not received this email within 3 days of placing an order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I haven't received my order, my order is missing items, or my shipment is late?
Please contact us at email@example.com with your order confirmation number letting us know that your order has not arrived. We will work together with you to correct any problems.
When will I receive my refund?
We will issue your refund to your original form of payment used toward the order. We issue refunds immediately once we receive the refund request but usually takes 2-5 days for banks to return payments to your account. Under special circumstances, this wait time can be longer than expected.
